I'm in the mind of you should make your own teams for Raids, and the Skolas PoE. The potential for crap is so high with matchmaking, I want to thank Bungie for not including it. Creating your own teams keep you more invested in the team, so you would be more likely to stick it out. That does not mean no one has ever left a team, but it does reduce the likelihood of it happening once trouble start sprouting. In most other games with raid-like encounters, you can usually power through the entire thing. But Destiny Raids has mechanics that are instant fails if you do not complete them properly. In all honesty, a large portion of those asking for it, aren't the people who are smart enough to know not to use it.
