Yesterday, August 26th, 2016 at around 2pm EST, I tried to purchase the Moments of Triumph t-shirt from your website on my mobile device. Everything went fine until I tried completing the purchase. It popped up with an error saying the ZIP does not match the billing address. I tried it 2 more times to try it and it failed. I called my bank and confirmed that the ZIP did in fact match my billing address and also found out that you guys did take my money out of my account and then took an extra $1 dollar for each of my failed attempts to purchase it again. So, you now have my money and I have no confirmation that I will be receiving my t-shirt. The website says that my account has no orders yet. I've emailed you 3 times in 2 days and no reply. You guys have stolen from me and I've about had it.
