Not only could he have left, but wait for it, he recently went back for more cheating with the SAME dude under a different, 'new' profile ... https://www.bungie.net/en/Legend/PGCR?instanceId=6137760874&characterId=2305843009319843394

I'd admit in the past I was wrong but In my recent games the destiny servers were very fragile. I get lagged out left and right by poor servers. But the fact that your accusing me of the same thing that had happened months ago. You must have the wrong impression. It wasn't our fault we were having lagging games even my team was having hit marker problems where our shots wouldn't cause damage. But no destiny. We weren't cheating this game. We to had problems

So if you were with someone in the past who got you banned ... why in the hell would you play with that same person in the present? "It's just the servers" Do I need to link you to his chat where he emphatically says he was cheating and IP flooding folks?
-
The reason why I still play with him is because he's my friend and I forgave him. And as for his link maybe he still hasn't changed it or updated it. Because I can see that he was banned but for him to need another account just to play what he chooses proves me that perm banned is overratted

This answer is absolutely ludicrous. You realize what he is doing is a FEDERAL crime punishable by not only FINES but also potential JAIL TIME. Not only for him, but ALSO FOR YOU! Let's say you and a friend go to a convenience store and your friend robs the place and he hands you the bag of money from the place and you leave together but unbeknownst to you, he shot the clerk. Your ignorance of him violating the laws are not going to save you. At minimum, it would be depraved indifference to human life. Same thing here, if he gets investigated by the IC3, with as many games through his history that you have played with him; you will end up getting investigated as well. And you are right, you know the way they banned him initially was weak. Just allowing him to make a new account. But now he is being looked at by both Microsoft (which can ban his console) and by the SRT which will more than likely restrict his MAC address and IP. That will prevent him from ever connecting to a Bungie server again. Also, they will end up forwarding the information on to the appropriate authorities and Twitch, which Bungie is a partner. It would be a shame for someone as upstanding as you to have your account similarly restricted. I went through your Trials report. You knew EXACTLY what was going on period. Cut the BS act, you wanted the Lighthouse and didn't care how you got it. You are going to end up restricted as well AGAIN because you didn't learn your lesson. Do I need to post the matches? Do I?

Both of you will likely need new consoles to play Destiny again at this point.

After the 3rd time telling him it's -blam!-ed up I saw a enemy flee and told him to **** off
-
Yea I did but bungie still placed me banned
