Both, but since EA is doing more of their Premium bs again I'd say TF2
-
Not sure. I'll see after I try the beta on Wednesday.
-
Getting both. I gameshare with a friend. He's getting Titanfall and I'm getting Battlefield
-
Battlefield, titanfall 2 will last a good month
-
Titanfall was fun for a few hours. Definitely BF1.
-
Definitely BF1.. Had a go at tf but sadly nah. Been back on BF4 since June to sharpen my skills .. And sadly Destiny will be moved to collect dust in my external HD forever.
-
Both of which are published by EA

Kinda off topic. But has anyone else been experiencing horrible lag in the Titanfall tech test today? My internet is working fine but every game I've gotten into has been a stuttering mess.
-
Since battlefield 4 I don't want to trust any DICE games at launch. I'll give battlefield 1 a month or two to fix its shit before I play. I haven't been hyped for a game so much since destiny but titanfall 2 has so much potential. The fast paced combat of the first one was amazing, and Titan fights could be very strategic chess matches in using your tactical abilities and Titan shields. Titanfall 2 seems to understand the strength of pilot parkour but took a different approach to the Titan combat, that, I don't know how to feel about yet. The battery system removes the shields and only gives them to you when your Titan receives a battery, which encourages team play drastically but may punish people who don't take advantage of it drastically.

Tbh they're totally different games

why not both?
-
As others have said it completely depends on what game type you like
-
Titanfall 2, judging by the Pre Alpha, is gonna be pretty brutal, especially with the Titan Executions and the satisfying crack your foot makes as it collides with the guy you grappled to in mid air. Battlefield 1. It's Battlefield. It's obvious that it will be an excellent game. To be honest, it kind of relies on your preference of either incredibly Fast paced action with Mechs, or a game that requires true strategy and Tactics to work beautifully, while at the same time being full of action.
-
I would have whole heatedly recommended TitanFall 2, still do since Respawn thankfully saw how stupid some of the decisions they had implemented were, but I am now worried given the lack of judgement and complete misunderstanding of what made TitanFall good.
-
Just because of your name I'd offer to buy you the other option but I'm bad at planning ahead and saving and just usually work it out on paydays with my manchild purchases lol
but I'm getting Titanfall 2 for sure though lol
-
Depends, do you prefer more tactical or twitchy shooters?
-
Titanfall 2 was alright, I just need to try out BF1 now to be sure

Edited by Retro_Spective: 8/27/2016 7:28:51 AMAfter playing the Titanfall 2 test today, the game is like a mix of advanced warfare, black ops 3. Too fast, have had enough of generic future warfare games. Battlefield 1 has potential, although that all depends on how well the game plays online after broken field 4. First thing I'll do in BF1 beta, is find a nice sniping spot, camp like a champ. Screw all this running around like a headless chicken, double/triple jumping 100 miles per hour twitchy gameplay.

Big robots > Alternate WWI. Not that there's anything wrong with alternate WWI.
-
Well titanfall 2 will probably start loosing most of its population after a month or two just like the first one. Where as past some battlefield games still have have a decent amount of people playing them.
-
CoD gets no love and all hate
-
Titanfall 2. I'm not really into battlefield. I've been waiting to play titanfall since the first one came out.
