Automatic Perk for Sidearms
Sidearms as of now have a low usage rate (possible because there are very few) even though they have some serious potential. There is a full auto perk for shotguns which for the most part is not used. I think that sidearms should get the full auto perk to give them some new life and opportunity. Just something you guys at Bungie should look into and I would love to see this implemented in some way.

2 RepliesThey should put fan fire on a exotic side arm. If you don't know what that is, it's the last word perk that let's you fire it really fast, and grants full auto. This would make the sidearm fire even faster making it a beast.

I had heard of an exotic sidearm coming up that was full auto, but it could've been speculation. There is a new exotic sidearm though, that's the fact here, full auto or not is TBD.

I don't want to sound like an asshole but we already know that Bungie won't do that. Just think on this: the 2 only BURST fire sidearms that are going to be when RoI releases are the dreaded Dreg's Promise and the new exotic one "Trepasser". I mean, burst fire, do you think they are going to put a full auto sidearm? If they do, it would be an exotic, and if it is, it will be nerfed into the ground sooner or later, just wait and see. Now, don't get me wrong, I am the first that wants sidearms to be relevant in both PvP AND PvE (because I always liked sidearms, in and out of Destiny), full auto for some of them would be a great idea. But it won't happen, sorry mate. You can still dream for it to become true, and if it does somewhat become true, I will be happy too.

They do need help as pants in PvE, and as a PvP option, fun but hardly as effective as the 3 other OHK options Full auto, which will likely require a stability re-work, and increase the mag size
