So we can all agree that the crucible is a problem right now and nothing seems balanced.
So I came up with a possible list of good changes WITHOUT any nerfs! Let me know what you think and post any changes you would make!

[b]Warlock:[/b]
Buff Firebolts initial damage and range.
Focused burst gives a slightly more increase in speed.
Quicker grenade and melee cooldown with Radiance.
That's all for Warlocks.
[b]Hunters:[/b]
Slight buff to Tripmine and Throwing Knives damage.
[b]Titans:[/b]
50% buff to the damage Ward of Dawn can take before it breaks.
[u][i]Primary Weapons:[/i][/u]
[b]Auto Rifles:[/b]
Buff the damage on all low/medium rate of fire auto rifles, with a slightly larger increase with the low rof.
Slightly increase range on low rate of fire auto rifles.
[b]Pulse Rifles:[/b]
Low rate of fire pulse rifles (Red Death) need to be a 2 burst kill with 2 round body shots and 4 head. Not all to the head. Gives some leniency for low stability.
Medium need to be a 2 head, 1 body burst.
[b]Hand Cannons:[/b]
Only need an accuracy and stability buff.
(Aside from TLW)
[b]Scout Rifles:[/b]
Increase low/medium rate of fire scout rifle damage, with a slightly larger increase with low rate of fire scout rifles.
[i][u]Special Weapons:[/u][/i]
Fine the way they are, except for the issues with hit registration with shotguns and fusion rifles.
Please to God make Dreg's Promise a decent weapon.
Another random possible change would to have aim assist the same across the board for each type of weapon, such as:
All hand cannons - same aim assist as all other hand cannons.
All pulse rifles - same aim assist as all other pulse rifles.
All snipers... shotguns... etc.
Those are all the changes I think would help with balance without nerfing anything!

Don't forget a variety of PvE damage buffs. Shotguns and fusion rifles mostly.
