If this gun is hard to use as I've read, why not change the master perk to have a random instakill on a headshot, save for bosses. Make the term master actually mean something.

If you get increased handling after precision kills it will make the gun more rewarding to use because if you land headshots = master perk = more impact without having to reload glitch
