Bungie don't use ELO (it's a chess game analogy that has been adopted by one web site) they only use real time in game KD stats.

Bungie doesn't, but 3rd party websites do and somehow expect it to work the same on a video game fps/mmo as it does on chess. I'm just ticked off that my personal stats and info is on display on a website anyone can access. I didn't sign anything that gave anyone who isn't bungie the rights to show my personal stats and info to every player that simply types my name.
