Let's talk about an absolutely, fundamentally flawed Strike - The Omnigul Strike.
You know it. You hate it. It keeps coming back.
Before I start rambling, let me say: I enjoy Destiny. I play by myself, I enjoy the challenging missions, and I certainly don't mind dying every now and again as long as I continue to have fun.
The Omnigul Strike is NOT fun. Here's why:
1) The frequency with which the Omnigul Strike appears when attempting to launch a random strike from the Vanguard Strike Playlist is ridiculous. On a day spent grinding Strikes, probably about 40-50% of the Strikes are Omnigul. There are other strikes I want to play!
2) Omnigul is the final boss of the most frequent Strike. Why isn't she an Ultra? It even says on the Destiny Wiki - Omnigul is not a true Ultra. Even the Three of Coins doesn't work on her. It's ridiculous. The sheer number of enemies you face during this Strike, especially in the final room alone, is insane, and the chance of decent loot is pitiful.
3) A tank...wizard?
Look, I get it. She's the final boss, she is supposed to be a challenge. But she is a wizard! In keeping with literally EVERY other wizard in the game, that means she should have strong shields, and minimal health. Why, then, is she the single tankiest boss in the entire Strike playlist? It makes no sense.
To sum up, the Omnigul Strike desperately needs reworking. It appears too often, loot is terrible, and her stats make no sense whatsoever.

Agree. I like it though. But it does need tweaking.
