just increase the fire rate...
Or increase the impact so it can drop supers....

The impact is the only change needed, you should be able to res-snipe

It can rez snipe. Glass promontory can rez snipe and it hits like 267 to the head. NLB hits 290. (370 with the master) But I think considering it shoots slower than a black spindle it should atleast have 1kys impact. I mean seriously... compare it to UR. UR has tip tier impact, range and ROF, along with crowd control. ... Why can't NLB be equally good?

Ok good thing it can res-snipe i never came to try it couse i play control most of the time, how about supers? Can it kill a sunsinger super or hammer of sol? And yes it should be much better stat wise when you look at some other guns

As for supers it can stop golden gun without the master but nothing else. With the master perk active It can OHK Very Low armor blade dancers, nightstalkers, Voidwalker and non radiant skin sunsingers and very low armor stormcallers. It cannot OHK medium to high armor gaurdians in those subclasses or hammers and FoP
