Make Xur great again
When I first saw Xur 2 years ago I was intrigued. Who's this dark figure and what does he have in his backpack. And when will he return? But his time and location are very predictable and that kills some of the mystery. I think Xur would be more exciting if he appears on random times and in random locations. Maybe inside caves on patrol areas. And make strange coins harder to get. I want to feel excited when I get a strange coin.

how about... get rid of him make exotics drop without needing 3oc and make the chance of one dropping scale to the difficulty of the enemy and encounter (NF having better chance to drop one off a kill rather than just the end reward.) make items specific to certain races ( hive themed weapons off hive and weapons/armor themed off certain enemies like randal the vandal's cloak) xur is not needed to give a good loot exp make loot valuable by not giving shortcuts.
