The only thing stricter gun control laws would do is lower mass shootings and drive by shootings. People would still murder but with more premeditated attacks, instead of going in planing to shoot and run.
Denying banning guns wouldn't help the slightest is stupid but insisting that people should have less rights is also as stupid.

I have to disagree since the the 2nd Ammendment exists and banning guns would remove a right. Saying it would lower nonpremeditated crime is still false since people can still acquire guns and then do something like that y'know what I mean?

I said it is stupid to restrict people and will increase premeditated attacks... I'm not American so I don't give a shit about your constitution and amendments. Re-read what I said. I understand the benefits to banning but don't want to have people not living how they want.
