Edit: If you don't play "sweats" or don't plan on playing "sweats" this thread isn't for you and alot of these rules won't change because they've been in place for a while now.
Edit: THERE ARE RESTRICTIONS IN COMPETITVE GAMING I don't think alot of you understand that!
Edit: If you're questioning why rules are in place for competitive play, I have no idea whats wrong with you
(Note: I know I'm some random guy that you've never heard of but please give this a read, I'm no professional but I love competitive gaming and have had a past in Halo & COD and I believe rules for scrims and stuff should be clear from now on so you won't have to rage at someone for using stuff which you think is illegal)

With the upcoming release of private matches there is bound to be a flood of new players attracted to the competitive scene in Destiny and as of right now I believe it is hard to find what rules are actually used and what's banned and what isn't. Because of this I'm going to make suggestions which I think will work well COMPETITIVELY in Destiny.
With the customisation of settings I believe that we can now build game rules that will work great competitively. (These new game settings aren't in depth because from the looks of it you can only do so much in private matches)
Currently the setting are:
Classic 3v3 (no rotation of game modes, includes Salvage & Skirmish but the objective is never captured in Salvage)
No Exotic Armour
No Subclass Duplicates [Striker, Striker, Stormcaller [X] ] [Striker, Voidwalker, Stormcaller [O] ]
Banned Weapons/Perks
No Land Beyond
Vex Mythoclast
Grasp of Malok
Invective
Ice Breaker
Queenbreakers Bow
Universal Remote
Luck in the Chamber
Crowd Control
Reactive Reload
With the freedom we've been given I personally believe that we can make the scene more competitive with slightly different rules! (just hear me out please)

AFTER UPDATE:
NO EXOTIC ARMOUR (extra perks that you don't need and mainly only wanted for personal preference/play style, this is supposed to be competitive not public games)
Game Modes:
Inferno
No Radar (people rely on this way to much, many competitive games don't use radar and the maps on destiny are small enough to not need them! Get better at communication and you won't need one)
+100 per kill | +0 per revive | +100 per super (the reward for a revive should be that you're in a more convenient position, you should not be awarded points for dying and getting revivied)
Less Special Ammo [e.g 8:00 - 5:00 - 3:00] (No special ammo off spawn promoting map control, the more dominant experienced team will focus on timing and positioning not relying on secondary ammo! you should be an all round player not just a shotgunner or a sniper)
Game Mode Rotation
Inferno Skirmish
Inferno Elimination
Inferno Skirmish
Maybe Supremacy but I highly doubt any competitive player will like this game mode in the game mode rotation.
(IMO the other game modes have no competitive value, down to odd scoring systems)
Map Rotation (Looking at the maps symmetrically, spawn points and all things like that into consideration because some maps are awful for spawns)
Skirmish
Twilight Gap
The Cauldron
Rusted Lands
The Anomaly
Shores of Time
Firebase Delphi

Elimination
Pantheon
The Cauldron
Twilight Gap
Shores of Time
Please look at these rules with an open mind, competitive gaming isn't for everyone but I think these setting will definitely give you the competitive game you've been looking for.
Comment any suggestions please and put the reasons why you think they'll be viable for competitive play below!

Are these actual Gamebattle rules or no?
