Hi R0GUE GH05T,
You may want to reinstall Destiny. Here are the recommended steps on how to do so:
1) Uninstall ALL Destiny content and add-ons
2) Clear your console cache again
3) Reinstall Destiny

Also, if you are on wifi, you may want to switch to a wired connection for the download and installation process.

Did that and it still goes to trial mode....please fix this
