Is there any other way to communicate with the Store?

Hello, I put in a exchange request about a week ago after receiving the wrong sized shirt for my Moments of Triumph in the mail (even after receiving a email saying they'd fixed my order before sending it) and since that was a week ago and well past their response time. I didn't know where else to submit a complaint, since the only way to contact them is via a email service that seems to never respond in a timely manner. Just kinda want the shirt I spent hours to earn and paid $30 for...
