None of this takes into account Bloom leaving you unable to fire them at the #$%ing intended RoF, leaving them just as much trash as the rest of the hand cannons they've bastardized.
Other than that its a really nice write up of what would have been had they not screwed them up completely.

Sorry for being stupid here but what's bloom? Hand canons seem fine to me. Virtually the only thing in crucible is mida killing me or a hand canon. If I didn't know better I'd almost call it a hand canon meta! Everyone's using them.

There are still people using them, mostly TLW but there are a few hand cannons that are semi decent if you get a god roll. And many of us feel you shouldn't be limited to a god roll on a bare handful of guns within an entire archetype to be competitive/comparable with other guns.

Good explaination. I can kind of understand why the have the bloom affect, it doesn't really negatively affect the other 2 higher impact archetypes since u should be pacing ur shots with them. For this fast archetype tho it kinda ruins them :(
