Do you think Bungie PR reps should spend more time on forums?

What do you think? Should they spend a required amount of time on reddit and here. I think more of our questions/issues would be resolved with more communication from Bungie.

 • I'd rather see them playing the actual game using the app to make teams with random and dealing with the issues we all deal with, with us. Then they could at the end of a game or match quiz us on our opinions about what was good, what was bad, and what we want to see in the future. Than it would be more than just these posts that may or may not get read.

 • As I do see your argument here, I'm sure all the moderators and crew are trying their absolute hardest to please our wonderful community.
