Not receiving Legendary Engrams from VHS and other items
For the second week in a row, I haven't recieved my Legendary Engram from my first completion of the week. All other rewards are recieved as usual, except the Engram.
Also haven't recieved any of the exotic class/xp items, emotes, or shaders from my TK digital collectors edition.
Did this reward change? Am I missing something altogether? I've looked across the Internet and haven't found any info as well as no info on the help site and honestly no idea how to contact support for help, if that's even an option.

Bump for visibility Activision support has basically told me I am on my own and that the community will have to help me fix their issue.

2 RepliesAll I know is that the collectors edition items where a fault of Microsoft and got send to people that didn't buy it. They are fixing that right now. Unless you actually bought the collectors edition and didn't got the items than I cannot help you.
