I actually enjoy the new Viking Funeral change. However, when they changed it, they cut the burn time significantly. With old ToF + VF the burn lasted around 10 seconds.
ToF on its own only burns for about 3 seconds.
Increase ToF to 5 seconds or so :)
I wouldn't mind a little extra boost to the VF buff either.
5℅ dmg is alright but can we get a 7℅ to cap it at 21℅ max stack? :) (because Bungie likes #7)

Viking funeral as an extended debuff would be way op, either bring back the damage output of the old vf and make it last less long, or buff the debuff we have now

In that case, change the 5℅ to 7℅ dmg buff plz :) I mean, if you can get it to stack to 14-21℅ the dude you're hitting in PvP is either using armor of light, or is way beyond dead and you're just shooting his dead body.

That's why, change the damage buff, or revert to the old vf
