Every time I try to join someone fire team it says "can not join fire team. Not all players are currently joined into a fire team" how is this even possible?
I've heard this is a rare problem and I know for a fact it is not my internet, one Xbox is hardwired the other is on the Wi-Fi and we've tested the connection on North and everything was fine.
It would be awesome if the game I've paid over 100 bucks for would work.

Edited by jnikoley: 8/5/2016 2:40:40 PMIf you are connecting two consoles through the same internet connection, you must use UPnP, NOT port forwarding. I'de guess that's your problem, or you may possibly be double NAT. https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915 Double nat would be caused by connecting to your ISPs provided Gateway (combo modem/router) with an additional router. If you have a gateway, you must put it in bridge mode/no NAT if you are connecting your own router to it. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13602 You may also need to manually assign each console their own specific static IP. Easiest way to do that would be to take a snapshot of your settings, then go back and manually input that same info for each console. Make sure you put a different IP address for your second console. If console 1 is 192.168.1.110, console two would be 192.168.1.111. Everything else, such as default gateway, subnet mask, etc., will be identical.
