I'd imagine this isn't quite the same as the "Legendary Marks Remaining Undelivered" issue that we've become awfully familiar with, and as such, I'm unsure whether the player completions (and number of completions on top of that) could be considered and acted upon. Here's hoping there is some sort of compensation for players like you, however unfortunate it is, I wouldn't hold my breath given the subject. I'd have loved to farm up a T12-capable Flayer Cloak, it's just not in the cards for this weeks Nightfall despite how easy the modifiers and encounters make the grind.
