We've got exactly the same issue only on PS4. No error codes, just "unable to join fire team". Its only been happening since the patch.

Exactly the same here. Only getting worse with all the "troubleshooting "

Only difference now is the appearance of beaver and beetle. Not on mine though, just his. Makes no sense, but I'm desperate for them to fix it. This is one of the few hobbies we have together and we're almost to the point of not playing it at all.
