My DIS-43 with Perfect Balance, Full Auto and Hand Laid Stock and SPO-57 sights that highlight enemy targets says otherwise. It's my go to gun. Playing Shores of Time? Enemy sitting on B with snipers. No problem. Stand behind the big rock near C and strafe whilst delivering headshot after headshot. Wait, someone's flanking C? Not a problem with DIS-43. The same can be said for most maps as it still wrecks even hip firing. Sure, there are better guns up close, but as far as a good all rounder goes... That's my choice.
