The First Curse already two-shots people who have 190 or less health; what's wrong with letting Nirwen's archetype two-burst people who have 192 or less health? Before it was extremely frustrating because of the absurd range it had; but since you guys hit Pulse Rifles and they actually have damage fall off they wouldn't be two-bursting anyone if they lost just a single point of damage from it. Right now it just feels like those Pulses have no place in PvP because the Hawksaw and Grasp can three-burst enemies as well, while firing faster..Meaning they kill quicker and are much more forgiving; while having similar range.
It sounds fair to me. It'd bring the archetype back into usefulness in PvP (Hooray for weapon diversity), and add another tradeoff into the game for those who choose to not run armor ever since you removed the main reason people had for doing it by nerfing the damage on Tripmines..For whatever reason that was.

Not medium armor targets. Only extremely low armor targets (1 or 2 armor). That's how it was at the beginning of Taken King.
