NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

There is a law in the UK called not fit for purpose and covers items sold online. I in good faith bought a product with add ons which is now: 'not fit for purpose' Under the current terms of international trade agreements I am formally requesting a full refund. I would like bungie corp to revoke all licences in regard to the product named DESTINY and hereto require a full and impartial refund relating to said products and it's accessories. BUNGIE! This is where it will end if you do not fulfill your end of the contract. Ignore us please because i am now tired of spending my hard earned money on crap.

Hello, just to let you know Bungie are releasing a patch for Xbox One and Ps4 today for the Beaver error players have been receiving. The Sales of goods act (which is the fit for sale act and all under the Consumer Rights Act) actually states:
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act are against the retailer – the company that sold you the product – not the manufacturer, and so you must take any claim to the retailer.
Therefore all refunds must go through the retailer you purchased from.

    • You are not formally requesting anything just because you tried to use the word 'hereto.' This is a forum. And Bungie is a game developer. If you want a refund talk to your retailer and bring a receipt.

    • Good luck with that. I look forward to your "legal" action or whatever else you think you can do. People threaten it all the time. Haven't seen a single person EVER actually carry through. But if you wan't to drop thousands of $$$s to get your $50-$120 back...I would LOVE to follow the proceedings. So be sure and share all that info when you get it going. Or are you just all talk too?

    • If you read the EULA, you will know what jurisdiction Bungie is under.

Refunds would be the responsibility of the retailer from whom you purchased the item. You did not purchase from Bungie. Did they not mention that in your international trade agreements webinar?
