You are mistaken. Firefly will not crash your game. Firefly + LiTC proc will. It is completely safe to use firefly.

Even Fatebringer will crash the game. Happened to me on the moon a couple times.

I believe you. Firefly alone can crash the Destiny game client on all consoles with all guns. It was never an issue until after update 2.0.

I actually have all three of mine saved too. I don't know how to upload them onto this app though. But I have them all if I look through. And nope, no litc needed, just some firefly.

Then it's a problem unique to you. First I have ever heard of firefly [u]alone[/u] crashing the game. Was the imago clip yours?

Wrong again. It is not unique to me. The Imago clip was not mine, it was sent to me by a friend. These issues are not new, they've been happening for over 10 months (since 2.0) on all consoles affecting multiple people with multiple guns. Personally, I have had firefly crash my Destiny or other players about a dozen times since 2.0, although I have over 3,500 hours into the game and over 90% of my playtime is PVE, where I use firefly frequently. Do some research and you will find multiple discussion threads on reddit about this issue, with video examples of Destiny crashing on multiple guns. No wonder my vanity makes my game crash cause it has litc and firefly and rifled barrel it's my best hand cannon on my 2nd account and I can't even use it

The vanity is known to crash games, however any hand cannon with firefly and LiTC has the possibility of crashing your game. If possible, turn off firefly on the HC and wait for a fix.

I do have litc on one of my hand cannons that's it's happened to me with two different times. The other is imago and I don't have litc on that one.

Yeah, he doesn't know what he's talking about. Firefly alone can crash Destiny, it does not need to have LitC or any other perk for that matter trigger at the same time.

Happened to me on a Smite of Merain during a Malok Nightfall, not sure which one. Plus I think OP obviously has firsthand experience of a game crash if they're complaining.
