Moments of Triumph
So I was gone for about a month because of pesonal matters and the moments of triumph booklet came out. When I came back (This was approx. A week and a half after its release.) The postmaster did not have it, even though I have been playing for six months. Is there any possible way I can get one?

Check your other characters for notifications first. Barring that, check Tess you purchase it manually. I think it was 100 glimmer or something.
