Shoulder Charge is balanced because it is a high risk high reward playstyle because Titans can not get out of the situation if we run into a lot of enemies or a shotgun. We would most likely die if we ran into a situation like that. You are most likely killed by a shoulder charge because you are in the wrong place and the wrong time, you have no map awareness or trying to snipe and are glued to your scope without a radar.
