You could always do the void sword quest on your titan like I did. Now THAT is a grind!

Doing it at the moment, monte carlo and armamentarium make it pretty easy.

I shot vex's heads off about three of them, then get them real close to me (as they would run up to you), and throw a grenade at the ground. Depending on where you lead them, you could get 3-5 with one grenade explosion. Plus they spawn in a cluster at the Scablands.
