In Iron Banner over the weekend I:
Took a snapshot before we started the game...everyone was green.
Took another snapshot during the game several players red bars.... and they won.
Took a snapshot just after the game...everyone was green again.
I reported perhaps a dozen players for bad connection.... I would like to know:
Do they get advised that they were reported?
Do they know who reports them?
What does Bungie do about it? Probably nothing..
I reckon what should happen is that if you red bar... you do not get any rewards at all, including bounty cards and progress to level five 5.
Its one thing to get beaten by a better player (fair enough) another getting beaten by a cheat (WTF)!

I think players with bad connections should just get kicked to orbit. I have a great internet connection and sometimes I have a red bar. If that happens I will leave the lobby.

Well now wait a sec. I live in a crappy rural area with one internet service available which is unreliable aside from the fact that i will lose Internet for about 15 at 330 for some reason. So i occasionally red bar. That being said i get massacred when it happens. My connection sucking at times makes me lose. So i think we should separate the people who have crappy isp and the people cheat lagging.

I totally understand and it is a issue which I have considered however I am not tech savvy enough to be able to distinguish one from the other. As I said in my original post players go from green to red back to green at the end of the game.... maybe thats the key???? Regards

I don't know either. I'd say just base it on the guys who are red with really high scores. If i start lagging because of my service it gets me killed. So im basing it on that
