You can get the items separate from the collectors edition of ttk, I did that.

Yeah, there's a $20 pack that includes all of the items. It's a bit pricey, but it's there.

I think I just found it on the marketplace except it currently says "Install" so I guess I'll install it and see what happens and if they make me buy it I'll decide if I want to or not.
