How's it broken? No where does it say that shoulder charge is limited to the ground. If you babies can't handle getting killed by holograms of guardians in crucible then I suggest you stop playing because it's just a game! Meant for fun! Not for you to cry every time you get shoulder charged because you think it's unfair getting charged into at full speed, airborne or not by a fully armored titan wouldn't kill anything.
