In December, the Cauterize perk cooldown went from zero seconds to 3 seconds. That is actually a lot of time in the heat of battle, and it's probably the main reason Sunbreakers die so easily. Let's lower that a bit to 1.5-2 seconds. Personally I would make 1.75 seconds, but even at two seconds it would be a lot better than the current three. Obviously, Incendiary grenades need to be fixed. That's a no-brainer. Get them back to what they were! With Rise of Iron on the way, new exotics will surely be introduced. I have a great idea for an Sunbreaker exotic. Make a helmet that grants Scorched Earth and Fire Keeper! These two perks were made for each other, but I think people don't use them because there are better options. This would easily be the best Sunbreaker exotic available! And that's it. Sunbreakers are better and more fun to use, but they won't have a reign of terror like they did last fall. Everyone wins!
