This may sound a bit annoying but do you have any idea why? I mean it's cool that we are unique in that way because no one really seems to care we ended already 3 gods. I was just wondering why and how they get their subclass

You gotta replay that mission in on Phobos. Right before it, your ghost says there wasn't ghosts or guardians before. The Traveler created the ghosts to find guardians. However in the very very very beginning of the game, your ghost says, I've been searching for you for a long time.
