Explain this
http://ksn.com/2016/07/21/washington-dc-blm-movement-denounces-wichita-cookout-event/
BLM officially denounced the peaceful cookout between cops and BLM protestors saying that it doesn't "represent our views". Those views were peace and unity
Also, explain how BLM didn't denounce the protestors who dropped a brick on the spines of white officers: http://www.twincities.com/2016/07/09/amid-racial-strife-hundreds-seek-answers-in-protests-church-service/
And I would also like to see you try and defend the two together. BLM apologists say peace and unity is the goal of BLM and then when they get it, they denounce it.

Here is BLM advocating for segregation
If you're wondering where the "I stand with Assata" shirts come from, this is Assata: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assata_Shakur
A convicted cop killer that fled to Cuba and is currently being harboured by the Cuban government, stalling the amelioration of US/Cuban relations
TL;DR
BLM is such a crap group that they ask for peace yet denounce it while wearing t shirts of their hero, Assata Shakur, a cop killer and blatant racist, and dropping bricks on the spines of white officers

I'm not a apologist about anything but they're not a bad group all together. You see a few bad people and assume that the whole group is bad? You do realize that thought process is the breeding ground for discrimination, right? The people displayed in your videos are horrible people just looking for an excuse to channel anger at something. They'd do it no matter what banner they flew.

Edited by PhreshBrotha: 7/23/2016 7:06:54 PMPeople see cops shoot someone unjustly: "ALL cops are bad: People see violence at a BLM protest: "ALL BLM members are bad" See the connection? There are bad apples in all groups. We can't point the finger at everyone when a few -blam!- up. If that were the case then I can easily say that all humans are bad after reading a story about a murder that took place last week. I've see peaceful BLM protests, I've seen good cops. I've seen bad human beings, I've seen good human beings. That being said, I know hate groups exist, I'm not naive. But BLM is not a hate group and neither are the police.

Edited by Nun: 7/23/2016 9:17:16 AMIf you think this is true then you don't know very much about the group which is actually many groups mostly independent of each other.

This isnt for OP because i shunned him like a year ago. Does anyone bother with sources anymore. The most frustrating thing on the forums is people not bothering. I expected to see everyone say the same thing but as i read through the comments my hopes were dashed

I'm not a BLM apologist by any means. I don't think they're doing a whole lot of good. I just read through the articles and think you're making a bigger deal of things than you should be.

Funny how I get banned for a week for posting the racist tweets of someone in the Trump campaign, but this post is totally fine.

the original idea of calling attention to f'ked off police was a great one but the organization is made up of a bunch of racists doing exactly what racists do. i'm sure there are some good people in it as there are any large group but you have a group with a racist name with racist ideals like "black people can't be racist" yes many actually think that. is it really surprising we have a shitshow?
