Still luck Edit: Not talking about the montage but jump sniping and quick scoping have always been luck based. The skill is knowing where your reticle is at all times and having strong target aqusistion. If you ever practiced jump and quick scopes you will notice where the bullet goes is incredibly inconsistent.
