[BUNGIE] Iron Banner Rewards Issues 07/21/2016 - UPDATED
Hello all,
We are aware of an issue in which some Iron Banner matches are not properly granting players their earned rewards.
This includes the following:
• PGCR Rewards
• Iron Banner Reputation
• Iron Medallions
• Iron Banner Bounty Progression
We are also aware of reports where rewards and reputation may be appearing after a small delay, usually when matching into a new match.
We are actively investigating this issue. As more information is available, we will update this thread.
[u][b]UPDATE 7/22/2016:[/b] [/u]We have deployed a fix for this Iron Banner rewards issue. If you encounter the issue again, please let us know by replying to this thread.

1 ReplyMy light level is at 335 but every reward i have gotten since the first day is at 334 - pretty much useless. Why is the rewards less than the current light level? i have a friend having the same issue.

Edited by illestdood: 7/22/2016 3:51:15 PMYesterday on 2 matches I won I (and no one) didn't get rewards, but on the one or two I lost I saw people get rewards. Also, I got the top overall score on widow's court on my Warlock (at 6:27pm cst) and it didn't count, but me getting the 10 kill streak counted the same match on the weekly bounty. Also on the clash 1500 point bounty on the daily didn't register either.

Definitely still having this issue at the time of this post. I am mostly noticing it in terms of not getting credit for my weekly get 6 kills with X weapon type bounties. I have had 2 matches where I am sure I got more than 6 kills yet no credit. This is extremely frustrating, please continue attempting to resolve this issue.

2 RepliesPulse rifle Nerwens Mercy has been a no show for me. I have played all week on every character. Maybe I'll get a drop but this is the day I usually sign off of IB. Already ranked 5 on one character I have little hope of getting rewarded for my time.

I saw this issue was happening yesterday, when I got from work...I played a few matches. Seemed like the legendary IB drops were much reduced. Just my imagination or...did Bungie do a stealth nerf on rewards?

1 Replyjust finished one of the weekly iron banner bounties and instead of getting the advertised 25 legendary marks and 525 iron banner rep, all I got was 3 legendary marks... Am I just s.o.l on the other 23 and the banner rep?

Hi i love iron banner I wish it would go longer than 1 week. Fix the RNG As i got 17 kills and 6 captures and recieved nothing. Fair enough but that happens to us all. You can do nothing and get a reward like a legendary gun? Please fix this. Thanks ian

2 RepliesBungie, It seems that with every maintenance windows something breaks instead of creating a better experience. Because of these constant issue with your servers, I am leaning towards passing on Rise of Iron despite playing sine launch. Thanks

Amateur hour, it really is - learn from your mistakes; how many maintenance deployments in a row have caused major disruption to the crucible? Considering the content drought, I wouldn't expect any professional team to be deploying 'scheduled maintenance' during the busiest time of the month If there is an RNGesus, does that mean there is also the CDSatan (Contacting Destiny Servers) ?

I got hit by the IB bug for three matches before I rage quit. Also leveled up a faction last night but only got motes and a strange coin, no legendary. Also went up a rank with the cryptarch but no care package? just quietly rolled over - where all rewards generally buggy? Left gutted, esp by the lost remaining IB time

How can you actually try to match up teams and split teams up because of uneven score when you know that it's all about the connection and not skill. Let's be real. Anyone who has ever played online games knows it's all about the connection. This game is total garbage. Player dies 3 seconds after. I have never seen an online game with this bad of a lag. Hell even Call of duty has a better connection than this game. Get with the times and have dedicated servers.! GARBAGE!

I have to ask after the shit show that was the June update...is there something preventing you guys from just rolling everything back? Seriously, it stands to reason that if something you guys change breaks the game, the change obviously wasn't tested enough or quite ready to be rolled out. In case you didn't know, there is a large playerbase that believes the game was broken with the June update, and it hasn't really recovered since. Is there something preventing you from doing a system restore, or...?

I did 5 matches with no rewards or rep. Burned up 3 3 of coins as well. Wtf bungie. We should be given our rep and some rewards for this. 3 of those were winning match's. Then once the rewards came back I get kicked right before a win and loose out on another reward. Checked my hard wired connectivity and I'm pulling 97mbps. This is bullshit.

Just crazy... I had medallion, the next match they were removed should have been gold? Connection issues still exist.. reputation advancement is dragging, I have now played 30 matches and not hit rank 4.. just crazy.. needs fixing! Myself and wife were playing, we get "contacting destiny server's" then from being 1st or second my wife or I get booted and lose the position, rewards and points... really frustrating.

So what happens to my rewards are missing. I've gotten several matches where nothing appeared in the boxes of rewards. Not even a blue. But that shouldn't happen with IB. Should and do always get something. And I also didn't get rewards for leveling from 2 to 3. All my friends got something for leveling up but I didn't.

so can you please extend IB or something now? some of us work all day and when we get on for several hours and cannot play for rep it sets us back a bunch... man up and give something back to the community. increase the drop rates for some time. do something besides nerf and take

I had this problem last night as well. It was working from the time I got on and then I played 3 Iron Banner matches in a row where nobody got a single thing. Even in a loss my randoms team should get something. My entire rando team on all 3 games got absolutely nothing. I have it recorded, and a picture too. I quit for the rest of the night after that. I'm grinding and suffering IB for rewards to get my Light higher. I'm not wasting my time like that. Especially the XP not dropping as well? I hope it's fixed now.

2 RepliesAppears to be fixed for the most part but coming across a massive amount of laggers despite showing a solid green connection on mine and their end. Players not taking damage, 3-5 sec post mortems, teleporting all over the place, etc.
