[BUNGIE] Iron Banner Rewards Issues 07/21/2016 - UPDATED
Hello all,
We are aware of an issue in which some Iron Banner matches are not properly granting players their earned rewards.
This includes the following:
• PGCR Rewards
• Iron Banner Reputation
• Iron Medallions
• Iron Banner Bounty Progression
We are also aware of reports where rewards and reputation may be appearing after a small delay, usually when matching into a new match.
We are actively investigating this issue. As more information is available, we will update this thread.
[u][b]UPDATE 7/22/2016:[/b] [/u]We have deployed a fix for this Iron Banner rewards issue. If you encounter the issue again, please let us know by replying to this thread.

how are there consistent and constant "issues" that need to be fixed? can we for once have something work likes it's supposed to? Really frustrating tbh. Do you think we could get something to release that doesn't have "issues" that you subsequently need to fix before we can play? It would make sense if it was every once in a while, but it seems almost constant during these "live" events. Can we get one that plays through with no issues? Please?

They obviously did server work here to prepare for this next update that was hinted in the weekly update. The question is: why the hell would it affect reputation unless you're planning on taking it away for some reason? and why the hell are you mentioning any update without even giving us a slight hint at what it's going to entail? I've defended Bungie for quite awhile but this smoke show is getting to be too -blam!-ing much. We're not looking for promises, we're looking for just a glimpse into what you're doing so we can give feedback before you completely -blam!- things up again to save everyone time and aggravation.

Were the overwhelming anteater fireteam disconnects part of this fix? I encountered multiple fireteam disconnects yesterday all with anteater error codes. I got so frustrated i started ranting and raving on forums about it, i have since calmed down, but just curious if this was looked at?

Another 4 hours today in the iron banner. Rewarding legendary gear but still not giving out legendary guns. Why are legendary guns not being issued to some players?

Ditto all of the above AND didn't get anything for completing Lord Shaxx's weekly bounties - got a couple of blueberries for turning in a couple of the weekly bounties but nothing from Shaxx or at postmaster for turning in all of them - aka no nightfall tier reward.

Uhh....7 sets of boots across 2 characters in almost 50 games? Wtf Bungie? RNG on the last Iron Banner was great, and felt rewarding to experience. This is flat out retarded. Why do you guys keep messing with things when it's working great?

Played this morning for a few hours. Had some back to back to back matches where I didn't even get a blueberry.

6 matches in a fireteam of friends and none of us received anything for it, no rep credit for the 5 wins no medallion for the one loss, no loot of any kind and all this after 4 hours of maintenance. Not one acknowledgement on Twitter at bungie.help for any of the posts about the,issue and nothing waiting at the postmaster to make,back what we potentially lost or,didn't receive including the,extra time to earn that ib credit back.

What are you doing to get the rewards and reputation for the people who completed and turned in bounties and medallions? I don't think it's entitled at all for a person to ask for the things that they've earned. People are justifiably upset and something should be done.

2 RepliesForget the rewards, forget the error codes. Iron Banner has been in decline since TTK launched. Each month Iron Banner goes live, we see the red bars become more constant, the gameplay become more inconsistent and the drive to play this once honored event disappear. This week Iron Banner is at an all time low. From full green bar fire teams being booted from a lame error or DDOs, to red bar players having full advantage with no penalty. Even ToO doesn't have this much lag and inconsistency and that has been a complaint for months. So the real question is, will you fix your game for once and do what you say, (DAMAGE REFEREE/BAN RED BAR PLAYERS) or will you continue to allow your game to decline and lose the remaining few who aren't streamers and aren't on your payroll? The remedy is simple. Will you listen to the whiners/babies who complain about nerfing everything under the sun or those who make your game worth playing and rid this community of those who manipulate their connections or cant afford decent internet but own a $500 PS4. Time for you to step up Bungie. Halo was epic, destiny could be if you would wake up.

I don't know what you were supposed to of fixed but me and my fireteam have won 6 games in a row and all we get is rare drops let's face it the only thing you are capable of doing is making things worse, and as for the grasp of Malok I don't know how many times I have to farm it but I've never had one in a weeks worth of farming but my friend has 10 care to explain? As a community the amount of hours we have put in to you're game is unreal but you as the makers of the game have clearly no put enough hours in to it, if rise of iron is not going to give us anything amazing then I'm sad to say I won't be playing it no more

I played 7-8 iron Banner Matches last night (EST) 7/21/16 with no rewards and they did not come in later as sometimes reported. Will players be reimbursed for not receiving any rewards?
