I like the theory, I don't know if Aksor is from the Kings because he is a disciple of Kaliks reborn who's kill cam shows house of Devils but that doesn't really make sense because the Archon servants are house of kings and the other fallen are house of wolves. I feel like maybe they are remnants of a storyline left on the studio floor or perhaps the fallen used to work together more cohesively before the battle of twilight gap and after the wolves "betrayed" the other houses they are more suspicious of each other. I think the house of kings is just staying in the shadows watching how things play out between the guardians and the other houses/hive etc, searching for a weakness in the guardians so they can claim the traveller for themselves. At the moment I think the more pressing issue will be the return of the Devils Kell who is a cyborg infused with siva to keep him alive after the fight with Saint-14.
