This is the fifth messege I have sent with zero replys. On top of the 7-7 emblem not being dilivererd in game i am now notified by email that the book I ordered will not arrive when it was promised. I payed for 2 day shipping (this is an additional fee) so my questions to you are as follows: 1: wI'll I ever get the 7-7 emblem in game or not? 2: when will my purchase be delivered? 3: will you refund the extra money I spent on 2 day delivery? I would also like to comment on the unprofessional conduct of your customer service seeing as you have not replyed to my previous corrospondace,(aside from generic cut and paste replies) nor have you addressed any of my issues. I hope (but at this rate have zero faith) that I'll get a response here.
