I have a question about how the mechanics of challenge mode loot work. This is something that I should know but sadly I dont. I was runming the Kings Fall HM the other night with my usual fireteam. We made it to Golgoroth and proceeded to do the challenge. We did it successfully but for some reason (this has never happened but did likely to someone not shooting) he didnt die. We had made it to the third round or so and he began to enrage. We panicked, dropped an orb of reclaimed light and then killed him. We were excited at first but then realized that we had forfeited the challenge by only one person grabbing his gaze at the end. My question is this. If I were to go back in with my warlock (the character I was using at the time) and complete the challenge, would I still get the challenge mode loot? I just want those Harrowed robes. They havent dropped for me ever and its so frustrating because you essentially only get one shot per week.
