Restriction/ ban

So today I was launching into destiny and my friend who I was gonna play with said he has to go do something. So I suspended destiny on my ps4 to go watch twitch. As I was watching I saw the streamer was contacting destiny servers and couldn't play Trials of Osiris. The streamer said that bungie posted something on twitter saying they r going to fix the problem. After watching the streamer play for a few hours I try and log into my destony account. When I went to go click IB it said I was restricted/ban. I have been playing destiny since beta and I would NEVER do anything to get myself banned. So idk what to do to contact them to fix this problem. If anyone can help on this situation it would be great

 • So there are Account Restrictions and Bans in Destiny - these are two separate entities. Account Restrictions are temporary, while Bans are permanent. Bungie does not dispute (discuss) or overturn either of them. All the details you need can be found at their official policy here
