Bungie, please do this, or you lose a lot of people on servers
Bungie, Destiny players on legacy systems (such as I) have been saddened to hear that there will be a dlc for only new-gen consoles, and some have already decided to quit on Destiny entirely. I propose this, either do a free 'dlc' for legacy consoles that give a updated VOG, a year 2 gjallarhorn or similar, or to just live with less players and knowing that YOU have caused this issue. Either Gjallarhorn year 2, or the majority of players on legacy consoles leave. Make your choice. You can contact me @ [REDACTED] if you would like to hear more on YOUR Destiny (pun intended).

First of all, and i am really sorry to say this, its not Bungie's fault that you are still on last-gen. Current gen is already out for a few years and support for last gen is dropping. If you are lucky, servers will be up and running for a year. Its time to move on, im sorry. Second, a free DLC for last gen only? Like really? What benefit will that have? A updated VoG? Are you trying to boost sales for last gen Destiny or something? And most likely, last gen wont even be able to handle a updated VoG to begin with since its already at its max with current Destiny. Look, i know this sucks ass. You have to buy a new console and the exact same game again to play the next DLC. I understand the frustration and Bungie shouldnt have dragged Destiny 1 out for so long that they have to leave last gen behind "mid-game". But last gen cant keep up anymore and is dragging back current-gen with alot. Should there be some kind of compansation for you guys? Yeah there should. "Oh, you have bought year 1 DLC's and TTK on last gen? Here is the free upgrade to current gen for free since you already paid for it" would be a great start. The base game is not expensive anymore and would help you guys out alot.
