6 RepliesIt's not them, it's bungie severs.

You would have to do it on a 3rd party website because you can't post it here because Bungie doesn't want false accusations plus they really don't care too much because swinging the banhammer on cheats isn't enough imo. The ddos'ers and other cheats need to be publicly humiliated so the legit players know to avoid them at all costs. And of course almost all of this could be avoided if Bungie and Activi$ion opened up the purse strings and gave us dedicated PvP servers but they're too cheap to do so.

10 RepliesI suggest reporting the users via the in-game settings and your console recent player settings. Nothing can be done on this website.
-
1 ReplyPost them on Instagram Create a hashtag like "Red bar cheaters" "Bungie loves cheaters" "Nerf hunters" It will become popular. And gain attention.

1 ReplyI dont know. Im legit and want to stay that way...bought a new modem and router because I fear the bannhammer, put xbox on its own band of wifi as my old house makes wiring difficult, and had great green bars abd blazibg speed for days 1 and 2 of banner. Finally jumped on with a buddy yesterday, and I went insta-red. I'm relatively good, and shellaqed peeps before and after the redbar, and I would hate to have some jelly person throw me up here or even report because of salt. I just love playing PvP... I guess I hope the community puts the blame where it belongs-Bungie's server choice (or lack thereof) and doesn't blame overly peeps. Lag switchers should be destroyed, however.

I really wouldn't consider it cheating. My Internet took a dump about a week ago when there were tornados and a ton of lightning hitting the area. Now it's 50/50 if it's going to run at 100 mbps or run at 4 which is unplayable. I have no control over it and when it's at 4 and red bar bullets absolutely do not register, supers nothing, your screen will go black then after a few minutes of sitting there you respawn with no special just to run 5 feet and it happens again. I've done everything on my end to correct the problem from resetting Internet, new cables, bypassing the router 100% and plugging straight into the modem etc with no luck. I've annoyed the cable company to no end and they say it's a problem with my router even when I tell them it's not even hooked up or have power running to it because they are to lazy to do there job. Personally I hate it, idk about other red bars but it definitely doesn't give me any advantage what so ever it makes attempting to play painful and extremely infuriating.

1 ReplyYou can't directly name them here but i think you can link videos or pictures. Even if you can't then you should be able to. Provided that it is beyond doubt that it is cheating. Don't wonna slander some poor guy with a bad connection. People seem to get punished by Bungie for naming cheaters but they don't give you any way to contact them privately.
-
Because bungie likes defending the people who cheat, thinking the still have the right to privacy. Any sane logical human being would know that cheaters, no matter that cheat at/on(women, school, games) have forfeited their right to privacy. Cheaters deserve to have the names put on full blast.

3 RepliesSome of us live in areas where poor upload and download speeds are all we get. Rural America does have gamers.
-
Short answer. No.
-
Naming and shaming is banned on these forums, otherwise I would oblige. ~TheGreatReebok

Edited by MonkeyPillows: 5/28/2016 9:41:42 PMI do not recommend lol.

1 ReplyYes. Post all of their names here. Please. Do it for me. So you can get BANNED

I have names and pictures. Bungie you need to take some action against the players ruining your game
Bungie won't fix it. They are too cheap.
-
No naming and shaming. Just look through the roster before the game starts and report anyone with a redbar for bad connection regardless of team. Check before the match starts. They arent cheating they just have bad connection to the host.
-
I most of the time have red bar and I have never cheated, your argument is invalid.
-
Don't worry I reported you for bad connection.
If you see that many redbars then you have to be at fault ;)
-
No name shaming! Shame on you.
-
2 RepliesPost in Reddit.
-
2 RepliesNo. Report them using the in-game system. No name-shaming is allowed here.
-
I played last night in a fire team of 4. We started out with green bars. Got in and all hell broke loose. ended up with half the points of the other team.
-
You have a report function in the freaking game. And frankly most don't care.
-
22 RepliesI'd say 90% of the problem is bungie's servers. I can play some mcc and have no lag or connection issues but as soon as I hope on destiny I'm red bar one game then green the next and so on and so forth

Edited by WhackingPizza: 5/28/2016 2:49:55 AMNot everyone is as fucking fortunate as you for having "great internet". Just report the player. Also, reporting players just significantly decreases the chances of you playing them again. And it does place a reputation on them too...
