Traditionally I would write a pretty long wall of text and explain exactly what I mean.
However, this time I feel that the title can fully stand for itself and that there should be a certain consensus on what I mean.
Edit:
The number of likes I have gotten for this very simple, yet precise thread is actually pretty astonishing.
Thanks for the support!
Keep the likes and comments going :D
Double Edit:
In the recent events of the patch changes, how the numbers got edited and "everything is working as intended" (even though the numbers given don't make any sense. Who buffs for 0.04%? People actually get paid to think of, and implement such changes?), this thread has never been more true.

Edited by hiltonkush: 5/26/2016 2:07:28 PMWait, they did it again? I don't know if you were there for year one, but they said they buffed auto rifles, it was supposed to be by 7%, and then they only buffed it for 0.07% (if memory serves, the numbers could be different) and then said it was a typo. They did it again? Seriously? They lie, over and over again, and people still play this garbage, dear lord. It's funny too, because people tested it, and the 0.07% change did absolutely nothing to the damage of the AR's. So I can imagine that a 0.04% buff would do less lol.
