I'm not 100% sure it's destiny related, but I was in the institute over in the robotics room, and one of the scientists said:
"I'm not sure if you noticed, but I increased the synth's reaction time by .04%."
TRENDING
EDIT:Turns out this was found months ago, but I found it just recently. There is a lot of speculation that this is just a coincidence, which is likely the case, but eyy, who knows...

10 RepliesThat's obviously an Easter egg, no one else has ever used that number before. On a side note, I found an Easter egg in the dictionary; If you look between the words destined and destroy it quite clearly says the word destiny. Those guys, eh.

1 ReplyI was playing halo and it had aliens in it. Destiny easter egg?
-
Maybe it was a Fallout Easteregg in Destiny because one of their weapon specialists played FO4 and listened to the conversation and thought "Well, .04% sounds awesome for a AR buff!".

Edited by WiLDRoCKeR334: 5/13/2016 6:35:09 PMIn one of the vaults there words scatter everywhere with kids blocks that says, GARY. And in automation there two monkey's paying on a console on a TV drinking nuka quantum.

Old news

1 ReplyEdited by GrundleBeans: 5/13/2016 1:13:50 AMYou just discovered months old news you could have looked up easily. But regardless, it's not an easter egg. Fallout 4 came out a month before the patch where the stupid 0.04% fiasco even existed (seriously people, get the fvck over it already). Best case, Bethesda snuck it in with a patch, assuming people hadn't already heard the conversation before.

2 RepliesI was playing witcher3 and a dwarf called me a dinklage.

2 RepliesHere is an interesting take on this. It might not be a Destiny Easter egg in Fallout but, a Fallout easter egg in destiny given the release time of Fallout 4 (November) vs. the patch for auto rifles (December). hummmm.... let that one mind -blam!- you for a while.
-
2 RepliesThat is totally a Destiny joke/reference
-
3 Repliesyes most think this is an Easter egg, and it may be. my only thing is that the patch notes were changed (which created this joke) was in December ( 10th) and Fallout 4 came out in November ( 10th).
-
4 RepliesNope. The institutes robots are called synths
-
.04% actually matters.

There was a post about this when F4 first came out, and I seriously doubt that it's an easter egg.
-
It's lol . I saw a video about it months ago
-
That would be funny if it is
-
Yeah I remember seeing a video about this months ago. Good stuff.
-
Ran into that myself a while ago, I'm gonna go play more FO4 now thanks to this post... Goddamnit

2 RepliesEdited by FSUxGLADIATORx: 5/12/2016 4:00:31 PMHow is that a destiny reference exactly? Edit: I get it now. AR buff from little while ago. I can't believe I didn't see that before *facepalm*
