If you're daring, I would recommend a DIY disk drive replacement. But if you would like it done by professionals, try and find a place where you live. I've done it with an original Xbox, and if it's just not reading due to buildup, just clean the surface of the laser. Should fix it. But if it's a full on failed disk drive, they should be able to either replace it or fix it, but it may be a little on the pricey side. But if you're willing to drop 60 just to play destiny again you probably won't have issues with it. Best of luck!
