For all those players who are 290-320 are having a rough time keeping up in game since the light level was increased iron banner should disable their level advantages in favor of the lower light level players who want to enjoy iron banner and get their gear and weapons.
-
No, it is a game based on skill and gear, iron banner and trials have them for a reason. I never say this but git gud
-
There is barely any difference in damage between a 335 and 290. It's more about skill than light level. There is a difference between light levels sure, but it isn't really game changing. Only really affected when using year one weapons or armor.

2 RepliesIron banner without levels....is called crucible.

I am round 320-323 and u do fine yes I still get destroyed by high lv people but just need to fight more careful with them.

Quit brushing your teefies with vagisil

1 ReplyGetting to 335 is pathetically easy now

Edited by Dampfanator: 4/27/2016 12:44:02 AM.... Iron Banner is level advantage that's why it's Iron Banner. Its an end game activity for people at high light lvls who cares if low level light people are struggling.
-
No, I'm a lower level and that's the beauty of iron banner. None of you are equal and it makes for an exciting and competing play time.
-
1 ReplyI've got a belly full of white dog crap... Now you lay this sh it on me.
-
The fact that when iron banner launched a low level noob was kicking the teeth in on max level players, said from the very beginning Bungie had no clue what they were doing.
-
1 ReplyBruhhhh I got to lvl 26-29 across 3 characters in about 4 hours if ur still lower than 320 dont complain
-
What up nerfhearder!
-
I've played almost every iron banner that has been released. Except for a few where I was out of town for a week or so. I have never and I repeat NEVER noticed the level advantages enough to complain about them. I'm sorry OP. I must disagree. Maybe because I play harder if I get killed in the first 30 seconds or if it seems to be an intense match. But I've never noticed the advantages enough to be bothered with it.

2 RepliesOr.... Do this amazing thing called Generate Intellegent Tactics and Go Unleash Death you Specialist in Continuous use of Redundant, Unsucessful Battle plans
-
This is LITERALLY the one and only specific thing that makes iron banner special.
-
2 RepliesDivision is now seeing a very similar problem. The grinders and those exploiting have gotten so far ahead it's pushing players away. Even datto and the big streamers aren't going back because they fell too far behind. I feel like that could happen here too.
-
That's what makes it special
-
I did fine in my 3 games I played at 318
-
Absolutely not
-
The level advantage is 5%. For a pulse rifle that is an extra 5% per bullet that hits for 38 on the head. Get over it. If you are sub 290 it goes up to 10% (shriek) What to do.
-
5 RepliesI am Lv312 and my damage is no different than when I am in non-advantage games. It's all in your head.
-
1 ReplyNope, Nope, Nope. Light level advantages are meant to be in place. Otherwise its just Crucible. Its match Made and now its even easier with drops from level 0 on.
-
I feel like level advantage is just to enforce a year two meta. It doesn't take it more competitive. If anything it's less so
-
The point of it is that it's high light level, it's supposed to be the crucible equivalent of a raid
