There are quit a few things that these sheets never show. Barrel perks can increase impact, which can make for a faster ttk and less shots for a kill, and certain legendary perks can significantly add to it too. For instance, The Villainy isn't rated all that high in that list, but the vendor version can increase impact in two different ways at the same time and has near max stability. That makes a big difference. Don't get me wrong, that spreadsheet seems spot on. There is more that needs taken into account when you're reading it, though. Even play style can change [i]everything.
