According to this sheet I don't think it is taking in countries of hawkmoon's lucky rounds because I think it brings its ttk down to like .5 or something like that.

It brings it down to 0.43s, I added a note at the bottom of the HC table.

Barrel perks can increase impact, which can make for a faster ttk and less shots for a kill, and certain legendary perks can significantly add to it too. For instance, The Villainy isn't rated all that high in that list, but the vendor version can increase impact in two different ways at the same time and has near max stability. That makes a big difference. Don't get me wrong, that spreadsheet seems spot on. There is more that needs taken into account when you're reading it, though. Even play style can change [i]everything.
